Delivery
All our delivery orders will be sent via our frozen or standard couriers.
Please note: We send all our orders with ‘AUTHORITY TO LEAVE’ at your nominated address, please place your delivery times in the note section and we will endeavour to adhere to the times. If there is no one to take delivery, neither Kirko Foods and our courier companies will be liable for damaged or stolen goods.
We endeavour to delivery to as many postcodes as possible but if you are not listed, please let us know and will look into it for you.

Returns & Replacements
We endeavour to make sure the frozen products are chilled as best as possible, but please note that items will thaw a little, please place the frozen items in the freezer once you’ve received them.
Freezer Items include:

Cool Room Temperature items
- Pork Floss
- Beef Jerky
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange for a ‘Change of Mind’ or ‘Not used’ when items have already been shipped or picked up. For health and safety reasons, these items will need to be binned.
We trade under the “NSW Fair Trading Act Policy”. We reserve the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
