HISTORY

Over the many years, my mum has opened up a restaurant, a bento store, and night markets tents around Sydney hoping to create wonderful Taiwanese delicacies and produce a many happy smile with her food. A further assortment of traditional Tainanese food like, Small Sausage inside Big Sausage, Taiwanese meatball, 3 cup chicken rice, Pork belly buns, Fried chicken rice, Spring rolls, Vermicelli noodles, Beef noodle soup, Taiwanese rice cake, Pork Mince Rice and so much more. All whilst in the hope of producing homegrown Taiwanese food that can hopefully be enjoyed at home with your family over a congee (muê in Taiwanese) with Pork Floss, a Taiwanese sausage BBQ with your friends, or over a beer and jerky with your mates. Along with her two sisters, who have their own little Taiwanese food stores in Tainan Taiwan, the family are a melting pot of food producers and have an unceasing desire to bring the best food to the customers. If you ever head over to Tainan, make sure to check out their stores for some great food. We really strive towards bringing to Australia a tremendously important part of Taiwanese culture i.e. their wonderful food that brings families and friends together to bond and be able to enjoy the simple pleasures in life over a meal.
